I have knitted this traditional fisherman's cap, or watch cap, in hand dyed merino wool. This hat is hand knitted in a mega-stretchy ribbed stitch and is an eye-catching color.
The yarn used in this piece is primarily a deep purple, but has colors of white and yellow sprinkled in due to the hand dyed nature of the wool, It's very fun and a gorgeous color.
Fiber: We have used a buttery soft Malabrigo wool, one of the softest and most luxurious wools on the market. It's not itchy and is perfect for next-to-skin wear.
Design: The ribbed stitching allows an amazing amount of stretch to the hat, and allows it to fit small, medium, large and XXL. It is a fantastic hat that can be used by men or women, but is very popular with our male customers.
