This "Spiral" 100% merino wool hat is soft, thick, warm, and unique! This traditional hat is hand knitted in a stretchy stitch so that it can accommodate most head sizes, or women that like to tuck hair into their hat.
Fiber: I have used a single hank of small batch, hand dyed merino wool from a home business dyer located in Oregon USA. It is 100% merino wool and buttery soft.
Design: Traditional, except for the unique spiral design knitted into the pattern. This is created as the piece is knitted and is not added later.
It's extremely warm and comfortable, one of our personal favorites for winter wear!
